- Held various positions including Banquet and Outlet Pastry Line Cook, Restaurant Cold Kitchen Commis Chef, Chef Consultant and Food Stylist for Small/Medium sized Restaurants, Corporate Chef and Training Manager for HORECA accounts, Modern Trade and Distributor Partners.
- Favorite food memories include eating her favorites from her grandma’s cooking, side streets, night markets and occasionally tasting restaurant. Recreating dishes at home and making scratch recipes. Cooking for her family every Christmas Eve has become a tradition.
- Her passion for recipe development has led to continuing education certification in Food Science and Culinology.
- When not in the kitchen, she’s out spending her time on experiences such as enjoying pilates, or any group classes, then on the lookout for new places to tick from the list and eat. Her non negos are: Good Sleep, Movement and Drinking lots of water. Chef Anna has a love for sunset, all forms of art and listening to podcasts.
