Newly Weds Foods Increases Its International Liquids Manufacturing Footprint and Capabilities
Newly Weds Foods, LLC has acquired JDM Food Group (JDM), a UK-based manufacturer of sauces and food ingredients. Founded more than 20 years ago, JDM specializes in sourcing, developing, and manufacturing fresh and natural liquid products for foodservice and food processing customers. Operating from a recently expanded manufacturing facility in Bicker, Lincolnshire, JDM has built a reputation for high operating standards, product quality, and disciplined manufacturing practices. The acquisition expands Newly Weds Foods’ liquid and sauce capabilities and offerings in the UK and Europe, while supporting continued growth with both existing and new customers.

Newly Weds Foods Expands Sauce Manufacturing Operation in North America
Newly Weds Foods, LLC, a global food ingredients manufacturer, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the Dyersburg, TN manufacturing facility of Develey Mustard and Condiments Corp. Through the acquisition, Newly Weds plans to further enhance its liquid and sauce manufacturing capabilities as well as expand its packaging offerings to include PC cups, sachets, and bag-in-box pouches.
