Directions:
Melt buttet in a skillet over medium-low heat. Add onion, bell pepper, and tomato. Cook until heated through. Stir in seasoning and blend well. Add the corn and cook a moment, then add the cream and continue to cook until reduced enough to coat the kernels of corn.
Yields: 4 servings.

Directions:
- In a heavy bottomed pot, brown the ground beef
- Drain off excess fat
- Add remaining ingredients, mix to incorporate, bring to a boil, simmer 30 min
- Serve with diced red onion garnish or diced tomatoes
Notes:
Cinnamon is incorporated in the Chili Seasoning. Add more cinnamon to taste.
