Newly Weds® Foods’ technical expertise is unparalleled in the industry. Our Technical Services Team has the resources and experience to help you set key processing parameters. By maintaining a strong working relationship with your team, our technical experts have the ability to almost seamlessly take your product from concept to full-scale production. Once our skilled R&D scientists prepare the formulation, Technical Services steps in to transition the product from the bench top to the production line.

Trouble-shooting and problem solving
Newly Weds Foods’ Technical Services team is a unique group made up of manufacturing experts in batter & breading as well as sausage and meat processing. All have knowledge and capabilities in both ingredient formulation and finished product manufacturing processes. This enables them to identify problems in either area and determine the best possible resolution. The Team will return to your plant when necessary if there are changes in substrates, ingredients, processing machinery or practices.

On-site training
In addition to problem solving and troubleshooting, the Technical Services group spends time at customers' plants conducting on-site training or plant assessments as well as assisting with new product runs.
