Food Scientist: 

Duties:

  • Formulates and develops batter mixes, breaders, and various bakery mixes for use in multiple domestic and international food production and restaurant faculties.

  • Establishes appropriate product specifications, able to work with various software programs and IBM iSeries OS.

  • Mark presentations of new and existing product concepts and technical papers to the customer.

Requirements:

  • BS/MS in Food Science

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Product Development

  • Good verbal & written communication skills

  • Ability to think strategically

  • Proven ability to handle multiple initiatives concurrently

  • Strong technical foundation

  • Strong analytical assessment skills
