Food Scientist:
Duties:
- Formulates and develops batter mixes, breaders, and various bakery mixes for use in multiple domestic and international food production and restaurant faculties.
- Establishes appropriate product specifications, able to work with various software programs and IBM iSeries OS.
- Mark presentations of new and existing product concepts and technical papers to the customer.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Product Development
- Good verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to think strategically
- Proven ability to handle multiple initiatives concurrently
- Strong technical foundation
- Strong analytical assessment skills
